Pitching Imvi
This project involved hypothetically transforming our game Imvi: Echoes of Harmony into a fully realized studio game concept, complete with a structured production plan.
I defined the appropriate studio size, project scope, and budget to align with industry standards while ensuring feasibility. Through competitive analysis, I positioned the game within the market landscape and developed sales and revenue projections based on industry trends.
